- Not much of a match.
- Both men went back and forth a bit.
- Scotty nearly got the win with the Clap Trap, but Maven was able to get to the ropes.
- Maven put Riggs away with the Tope Rope Missile Dropkick after a tornado DDT
Tag Team Action
The Old Skool Connection (Billy Gunn and Hardcore Holly) defeated Too Much (Alan Funk and Brian Christopher) when B. Gunn pinned Funk with the Fame-Ass-Er in 24:27.
Rating: ***
- This match was a good opener to the show.
- Both teams flowed back and forth and worked well together.
- Funk nearly had the pinfall victory, but it turns out Gunn had his foot on the bottom rope.
Tag Team Title Simi-Final Match
The Power Warriors (Animal and Kenzo Suzuki) defeated The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) when Animal pinned L. Storm with the Powerslam in 9:56.
Rating: * 1/2
- The Impact Players put up a HUGH fight in their losing effort.
- Kenzo and Animal looked and worked together like the LOD of old.
- Kenzo nearly took the head of Credible off with a super stiff Shining Wizard!
Grudge-Cage Match
Scott Hall pinned Rik Cozak with the Razors Edge in 21:52.
Rating: *** 1/2
- Scott Hall got his revenge as Bischoff was unable to get involved in the match!
- Cozak took Hall to the limits in the blood fest!
- Neither man could gain the advantage for the first 10-15 minutes, but Hall capitalized on a missed splash by Cozak.
- By the time the match was over, both men were weak from he beating and the blood loss.
- Both men were carted off on stretchers, and given a standing ovation!
One on One Match
Sid pinned Adam Bomb with the Power Bomb in 12:46.
Rating: -**** 1/4
- THE single worst match of the night!
- The fans were bored with the gorse over use of the brawling.
- Near the end, the fans started throwing cups into the ring!
Tag Team Title Simi-Final Match
Hells Angels (Abyss and Gene Snitsky) defeated The Stud Stable (Bam Bam Bigelow and C.W. Anderson) when G. Snitsky defeated Bigelow via pinfall in 2:59.

- The basic "Battle of the big men" match
- 4 heavy hitters going for it.
- Luckily it was over really, before it started.

- Another disappointment in the eyes of the fans and PMPW officials.
- PMPW had hopes of this match up in the finals, but had hoped it would have been a better match up.
- Look for a re-match in the near future for the championships, as they remained vacant after this brawl.
