Todd Grisham & Pete Jackson discussed the lineup and gave their perditions on who would win the Singles, the Tag Team and the Challenge Cup events.

Italy's Most Wanted Vs The Old Skool Connection
- Gunn and Holly dominated Stamboli and Palumbo.
- Palumbo had the match won, but the ref was in no place to make the count.
- When he finally did start his count, it ended up being a 2 count.
- The end came as Gunn hit the Stun Gunn on "The Bull" followed by a Holly Bomb.

Funaki came out and said he was going to an interview here tonight for the fans. He said he would interview Abyss!
Abyss came out and Funaki then started asking him why did he assault Josh Mathews? Why pick on a help less guy who was just doing his job?
Abyss said it was his "Duty"! His duty to rid the PMPW of the cancer that is Mathews and that if Funaki didn't like it, he could join him in the hospital!
Abyss when to leave, but then turned back around o deck Funaki... who was waiting! Funaki blocked the blow and hit a stinging right of his own, the drop kicked the big am! At that point Kane and Snitsky showed up and Funaki bailed from the ring as the fans were cheering FUN-AKI! FUN-AKI! FUN-AKI!

Mark Jindrak - Vs- Chris Benoit
- Both men went tooth and nail at each other.
- Neither man wanted to give the other the opportunity to gain the win in this critical first match.
- The end came when Randy Orton music hit and distracted Benoit for just a few seconds... 3 to be exact!

Tag Team Challenge
Hardy Boyz Vs 3B & C.W
- The Hardyz word well against the new team of Bam Bam and Anderson.
- Both teams hit the high impact spots and the top rope moves.
- The end came as Jeff missed the Swanton on Bam Bam threw a ringside table, but Matt hit the Twist of Fate on C.W for the pinfall
- After the match 3B, C.W and their manager "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson beat down the Hardyz until security broke it up.
- From there, the Hardyz teased a break up with a squabble back to their dressing room.

David Flair - Vs- The Patriot
- The Patriot showed us why he is a top rated star in the former NWA and WWA alliances.
- Flair showed us why he is destined to be a star.
- In the end it was the Patriot who ended up with the tainted win over the younger Flair by using his United States Championship belt as a landing pad for Davis head with a Pile Driver!

Benoit leveled Orton from behind with a chair, then locked on the Crippler Cross Face! Benoit would not let go! Bischoff showed up and said that if Orton and Benoit had this much hatred, that they would meat at Turning Point... For the PMPW Title.... in a Hell in a Cell Match!

The Big Show - Vs- Rik Cozak
- The Living Legend introduced us to his manager... Paul E Heyman!
- Once again Rik was a pivotal member of the Dangerous Alliance and it proved to be a point that the Big Show could not over come.
- Show nearly broke Rik in half with the clubbing arms, chops, stomps and high impact power moves.
- It was the Impact Players that helped Rik get the win, with the double spike Piledriver

David Dunn - Vs- Scott Hall
- Dunn and Hall battled around the ring and on the arena floor in the opening moments of the match.
- Both men looked good in their match.
- Neither man took any un-necessary risks, but both tried to put do the other.
- The end cam as Dunn slipped out of the Razors Edge and rolled up Hall for the upset.
Winner: David Dunn

Todd Grisham & Pete Jackson said that the Angels were a force to be reckon with, yet AMW are one hell of a team! They figured it could go either way and be a brutal encounter.. no mater who won it!

Americas Most Wanted Vs Hells Angels
- This was the most brutal match of the night.
- Abyss and Snitsky beat Storm and Harris into a bloody pulp, but the AMW returned the favor.
- Both teams brawled into the stands and around the arena, finally forcing the assigned ref to toss the match and all 4 men were wailing away with forgin objects on each other.
Winners: No Contest

Result - Draw - No winner in the best of 3 series
Todd Grisham & Pete Jackson went over the fact that there was no clear cut winner in this match up in the tag ranks between the two companies. They said it would be great to see more matches this way.

Sean Walker - Vs- Raymond Bingham
- The 2000 Rookie of the year took on the leading 2004 Rookie of the year in a battle of styles.
- Bingham use a mat/technical mixed attack while Walker used explosive and high offensive moved to wear his opponent down.
- Both men countered each others hold and moves as each man was ready for this battle.
- The end came as Bingham hit the NWO (No Way Out) and then proceeded to gloat. He laid dons on Walker, who then rolled up Bingham for the pin.. the win and the series!
