Eric: The second title match will be a 4 way "Sudden Death" Tag Team Match for the Tag Team Championships!

Eric: The third and final championship encounter for the evening will feature the PMPW Heavyweight Championship Match, as Randy Orton will take on the former NWA World Champion.... Nic Cross!!
{This time the crowd goes ape s#it!}
There will be a re-match from our last show between Knoble and Kidman, and a few other matches put in for your enjoyment!

- This feud between Scott Hall and Rik Cozak has now added another dimension!
- With Cozak aiding James during parts of the match, James offered a hand to Cozak, only to have Rik double cross the champ!
- With Hall incapacitated, Rik Cozak then destroyed James, and stuffed him into the casket, just giving Hall the win and the Title.
- As Cozak left the ring side area, he picked up a mic and uttered these words... seemingly to James: "Sorry bud... It isn't personal... Just business!"
Adam Bomb -Vs- Maven

Maven pinned Adam Bomb after a belly-to-belly suplex in 2:00.

- This match didn't last long.
- Adam nearly took the young Mavens' head off witha vicious boot to the face as Maven rebounded from the ropes!
- As Adam picked up Maven for the Melt Down, Jake 'The Snake' Roberts slithered from the crowd and distracted Bomb!
- While the ref was tending to Maven, Adam rolled to the outside to fend off Roberts. All he got was a DDT for his efforts, on the cold cement floor!
- Roberts rolled Adam back into the ring and Maven hit the belly-to-belly for the win!
- After the match Roberts and Maven embraced as the crowed booed them all the way to the top of the stage area.
Maven took a house mic:
Maven: Look! Look! I told you! I told the world I would introduce the evil that has corrupted me! I told the PMPW locker room that there would be a new evil lurking in the path of all who try and do good and just in the world!

Hells Angels (Abyss and Gene Snitsky) defeated The Power Warriors (Animal and Kenzo Suzuki), The Old Skool Connection (Billy Gunn and Hardcore Holly) and The Impact Players (Justin Credible and Lance Storm) when Abyss pinned L. Storm after a powerslam in 17:11.

- Bam Bam dominated the opening moments of this match, but the advantage soon changed to Bingham's favor after a low blow behind the refs back.
- Ray took every short cut he could muster against the larger Bigelow.
- Finally, frustrated that attempt after attempt at putting the 300 plus ponder away, Ray belted him in the face with a chair, then left Bigelow unconscious in the center of the ring!
Scotty Riggs -Vs- The Patriot

The Patriot pinned Scotty Riggs with the Uncle Slam in 4:06.

- The Patriot got a badly needed win in this encounter.
- Scotty put up a good fight, in a loosing effort.
- Both men seemed to work well together, and the fans were really into this match.
[We are following a bloody Bam Bam Bigelow threw the hallways of the arena, when he finally find Bischoff on the pot!]
[We hear Eric whistling, then, Bigelow kicks the door open, Eric has a look of shock and terror across his face, as we see Erick sitting on the crapper, 'trousers around his ankles]
Bigelow: that G@$ motherf#$king ass busted my head open with a chair, and you are sitting there, taking a crap!
Eric: Well..... eh............
Bigelow: I want him NEXT show! No holds bared! No pins! No Finish! I want a Last Man Standing Match!
Eric: well.... I am not really in a position to be of any help right.......
Bigelow: You had better finish that sentence with "Now, but when I whip I disagree, I will sign your match" or I will kick YOUR ass, and then flush you with your crap to the incinerator!

- In the mean time, Riggs, grabbed the ring bell and waited for Benoit to re-enter the ring.
- Once Chris was back in the ring, Riggs cleaned Benoits' clock with a shot that busted him open.
- Riggs revived the ref and made the cover for the win!

- This was another ass kicking for Funaki!
- Kane DECIMATED Funaki witha choke slam right off the bat!
- Kane toyed with the Japanese star a bit, and that seemed to be the start of his down fall.
- Funaki was able to throw salt or powder in the face of Kane and hit the Tornado DDT for the upset win!

- Neither man was overly intimidated by the other: Cross only man to hold the NWA, WWA and WWS World Championships. Orton, the man to hold the last 2 incarnations of the PMPW Title.
- Both man gave this match their all and both men were bleeding by the 20 minute mark in this match.
- Cross hit the Pedigree on Orton, but Benoit came to ring side and convinced Cross to toss the champion to the arena floor, where he would 'Guarantee' a win.
- Cross distracted the ref, as Benoit laid the kicks, punched and chair shots into a helpless Orton, before rolling him back into the ring.
- Cross went for another pedigree, but Orton reversed it and ran into he ropes. Benoit the pulled down the top rope in front of the ref, giving White no choice but to DQ Cross, as Benoit wailed on the bloody Orton!
- Cross gain his senses and roll to the arena floor and joined Benoit, then they perched Orton on the announcers table and hit a Pedigree threw the table as the show came to an end with Benoit and Cross standing over the broken, bruised and bloody PMPW Champion... Randy Orton!
